Tecnoseal 19012-4 San Lorenzo Zinc Propeller Anode Ø130 mm
The Tecnoseal 19012-4 is a zinc sacrificial propeller anode designed for compatible San Lorenzo yacht propeller assemblies. It provides galvanic corrosion protection for electrically connected underwater metallic components by acting as a replaceable sacrificial element.
The anode features a low-profile circular body with a flat mounting surface, a raised central section and a fastening hole. Its outside diameter is 130 mm (5.12 in), while the overall height is 25 mm (0.98 in). The central section has a specified diameter of 60 mm (Ø1), and the fastening hole measures 8 mm (Ø2). An additional height measurement of 21 mm (h1) defines the anode's profile. Manufactured from zinc, the anode weighs 2.05 kg (4.52 lbs).

Design and Mounting Configuration
The Tecnoseal 19012-4 features a circular, disc-shaped profile with a raised central mounting section. Its 130 mm outside diameter and 25 mm overall height provide a compact design for the corresponding San Lorenzo propeller installation.
The central mounting area is defined by a 60 mm diameter (Ø1) and an 8 mm fastening hole (Ø2). The manufacturer's technical drawing also specifies an h1 measurement of 21 mm. These dimensions should be compared with the existing propeller anode to verify compatibility before replacement.
Corrosion Protection and Maintenance
Manufactured from zinc, the Tecnoseal 19012-4 is designed to corrode preferentially, helping protect electrically connected underwater metallic propeller components against galvanic corrosion. Its sacrificial material is gradually consumed during service and should be inspected periodically.
Replace the anode when significantly depleted, and ensure suitable electrical contact with the component requiring protection during installation. Mounting surfaces should be free from coatings or contamination that could interfere with electrical continuity.
