The Maxwell VW Series VWLP 1500 hydraulic anchor windlass is engineered for sailing vessels where anchor locker space is limited and a compact anchoring solution is required. It is designed for traditional rope and chain combination anchor rodes, where manual transfer of the rode from the rope warping drum to the chainwheel is necessary. The vertical configuration and modular construction allow efficient installation inside confined anchor lockers, including alternative horizontal mounting on a fore-and-aft bulkhead for below-deck applications.
