It is built with a duplex stainless-steel inner tank, a stainless-steel AISI 304 outer tank, polyester-foam insulation with stainless jacket, G½ connections, and includes a 230V/1500W heating element. The supplied fitting kit contains hose pillars, a T-piece and a pressure relief valve. Fresh-water capacity is 31 litres, coolant capacity is 3 litres.

The Vetus WHD031 is a 31-litre double-wall marine calorifier designed for highly efficient water heating. Unlike conventional models that use a spiral tube, this calorifier utilizes a double-wall heat-transfer principle, providing a significantly larger active heating surface and enabling much faster water heat-up times. A built-in 230V / 1500W electric heating element ensures the availability of hot water even when the engine is not operating.
The WHD031 is constructed with a duplex stainless-steel inner tank and a stainless-steel AISI 304 outer tank for excellent resistance to corrosion. Polyester-foam insulation with a stainless-steel outer jacket minimizes temperature loss and stabilizes stored hot water for long periods. Supplied with a complete fitting kit, the unit includes hose pillars, a T-piece and a pressure relief valve for safe installation. The calorifier may be mounted horizontally or vertically depending on available space and installation requirements.
