The Vetus BOWA0761 is an advanced thruster solution designed to deliver accurate and powerful maneuvering for vessels between 30–45 ft (10–14 m). Its fully proportional thrust capability ensures controlled handling in confined marinas, during docking, or under challenging weather conditions.
A brushless induction motor enables maintenance-free operation and an extended runtime. The unit is controlled by the patented MCV motor controller, which optimizes thrust output and power efficiency. Using the V-CAN CANBUS interface, it integrates seamlessly with Vetus control stations and compatible onboard systems.
Overheat and low-voltage protection safeguards ensure reliable long-term performance. Designed for easy retrofit installation, the thruster fits commonly used Ø 185 mm tunnels across Vetus and multiple other brands.
