The Vetus BOWA0361 proportional bow thruster is designed for high-precision maneuvering in confined waterways and marinas. Supporting boats between 20 and 30 ft (6–10 m), it offers smooth thrust control in both directions, enabling stress-free handling in strong wind and current conditions.
Equipped with a brushless induction motor, the BOWA0361 requires no periodic motor maintenance and delivers extended continuous runtime. The patented MCV motor controller provides intelligent optimization of performance, while V-CAN CANBUS connectivity enables seamless integration with control panels and onboard devices.
Built-in thermal and low-voltage protections enhance system reliability. The design enables straightforward replacement of existing thrusters by matching tunnel dimensions used by Vetus and other manufacturers.
