It primes at low or high speeds and supports vertical dry suction lift up to 22 feet (6.7 m) when wetted, with 1-1/4 inch NPT internal ports and a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal for reliable service. Designed as a short-shaft pump end for Caterpillar engines, it can be mounted at any angle and pump in either direction, while requiring liquid lubrication (do not run dry for more than 30 seconds) and observing operating limits of 45°F to 180°F (7°C to 82°C) and 30 psi maximum continuous pressure.
