Vetus MV12A1 Motorized Ball Valve 12V, 1" Internal Thread
The Vetus MV12A1 motorized ball valve is engineered for applications where remote operation, safety, and reliability are essential. Ideal for seacocks positioned in hard-to-reach locations or for enhancing onboard automation, this valve combines an AISI 316 stainless steel ball valve with a robust aluminium actuator housing and fully metal transmission gears.
The actuator delivers a torque of 40 Nm, ensuring confident and smooth operation even under load. It is completely ignition protected and certified to ISO 8846 Marine, making it safe for installation in engine rooms without explosion risk. The unit is lubricated for life under normal operating conditions and requires minimal maintenance. Built-in thermal overload protection further enhances operational safety.
The MV12A1 may be operated remotely using Vetus ELVPAN12 or ELVPAN24 switches or the WWCP wastewater control panel (all available separately). This flexibility makes it suitable for integration with advanced onboard monitoring and control systems.
