Vetus MV12A11/2 Motorized Ball Valve 12V, 1½" Internal Thread
The Vetus MV12A11/2 motorized ball valve is engineered for demanding marine applications where safe and reliable remote operation is required. Ideal for seacocks located in hard-to-reach places, it combines a corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel ball valve with a durable aluminium actuator housing to deliver long-term reliability even under continuous exposure to moisture and vibration.
Its high-torque actuator provides 40 Nm of force, ensuring smooth and dependable valve movement. The internal transmission and gears are fully metal, maximising durability and resistance to wear. Certified to ISO 8846 Marine, the unit is ignition-protected and therefore safe for installation in engine rooms. Thermal overload protection and lifetime lubrication under normal operation minimise required maintenance.
The MV12A11/2 supports remote operation using Vetus ELVPAN12 or ELVPAN24 switches, or the WWCP waste water management panel (all sold separately). Suitable for water, waste water and diesel fuel systems, this valve is well-suited for large-diameter onboard pipework requiring automated flow control.
