Tides Marine Water Pick-Up Kits for SureSeal – Raw Water Cooling Connection Kits (3/8" to 2" Hose Sizes)
Tides Marine Water Pick-Up Kits are designed to connect Tides Marine SureSeal shaft seal systems to the engine’s raw water cooling circuit. The supplied cooling water lubricates the lip seal and PTFE bearing inside the SureSeal housing, ensuring proper operation and long service life.
The kits provide the necessary connection between the engine cooling system and the SureSeal water injection fitting. Water is typically taken from the raw water circuit using a hose tee or a threaded drain plug connection in components such as the heat exchanger, oil cooler, or water pump.
