STA-LOK 094 Insulator Swage & Eye – 316 Stainless Steel Rigging Insulators for Radio Antenna Support
The STA-LOK 094 Insulator Swage & Eye range is designed for use on standing rigging where the rigging is also used to support a radio antenna. These fittings combine mechanical strength with electrical insulation properties for marine rigging applications.
Manufactured from high specification 316 stainless steel, the range is guaranteed stronger than the wire rope. Each version requires professional swaging and is designed for quick and easy installation.
The electrical characteristics remain stable under high-voltage testing. The insulators have a measured capacitance of 16 pF and resistance of 400K at 15 MHz, with D.C. leakage resistance greater than 10 G Ohms at 30 kV. They also withstand 30 kV applied for 2 hours without breakdown, with no change in 15 MHz impedance after the voltage proof test.
