Clamcleat CL220 Racing Major Cleats for 12–16 mm Rope, Silver or Vibro Finish Aluminium

Clamcleat CL220 Racing Major is a large aluminium rope cleat designed for ropes from 12 to 16 mm (1/2–5/8") and applications requiring higher holding loads.

The rope drops directly into the cleat teeth to provide a quick, positive lock while remaining easy to release and adjust. The aluminium construction offers high strength with relatively low weight compared with equivalent larger fittings.

The standard CL220 is supplied with a silver stove-enamel finish suitable for inland and coastal conditions. Because of its size and expected loads, bolt mounting is recommended.

The CL220VB is the welding version of the same Racing Major cleat. It is supplied with an unfinished vibro surface for direct welding to aluminium profiles, all-welded boats and structures. Fixing holes are also provided if bolted installation is preferred.
