Optiparts EX2137B is a premium Clamcleat CL704AN alloy cleat with integrated becket, developed for Laser® and ILCA® dinghies where outhaul and traveler systems require both secure rope locking and a fixed anchoring point within the same fitting.
The integrated becket allows direct attachment of line ends, simplifying rigging layouts and reducing the need for additional fittings. This makes it especially useful in compact dinghy control systems where efficient rope routing and minimal deck clutter are important.
Manufactured from marine-grade alloy and finished with hard anodising, the cleat offers superior wear resistance, excellent corrosion protection, and long service life under heavy rope friction and saltwater exposure.
Designed for control lines from 3 mm to 6 mm diameter, the toothed cleating profile ensures secure holding under load while allowing quick release and precise trimming response.
