Optiparts EX2046 - 420 Top Cover Windesign Sailing – Heavy-Duty 1200D Waterproof Dinghy Cover
Optiparts EX2046 is a premium long-life top cover designed by Windesign Sailing for 420 class dinghies, providing robust weather protection during outdoor storage, transport, and regatta travel. Built for demanding marine conditions, this cover offers superior strength and long-term material stability.
The cover is manufactured from heavy-duty 1200D solution-dyed PVC-coated polyester, delivering 100% waterproof protection against rain, spray, and moisture ingress. Solution-dyed polyester offers significantly improved color fastness and UV resistance compared with lower-cost pigment-dyed fabrics, helping preserve material integrity over prolonged sun exposure.
Three integrated securing straps with adjustable buckles pass underneath the hull, allowing the cover to be tightened firmly in place. This ensures stable positioning during transport and reduces wind flap movement during storage.
Ideal for clubs, sailing schools, regatta fleets, and private owners requiring durable high-performance dinghy cover protection.
