Product Details
This pump is intended for intermittent duty cycles and can be run continuously for short periods of time. Do not use it to pump flammable fluids (including gasoline, kerosene, and fuel oil) and do not operate it in an explosive environment. For best results, mount the unit in a dry, adequately ventilated area and shield it from water, dust, sunlight, and washdown spray when installed outdoors.
For priming, keep the discharge line open to allow trapped air to escape and avoid airlock. Use flexible hose with the correct pressure rating and fluid compatibility; the guidance provided specifies tubing of at least 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches long to reduce stress on the ports.
