Flojet Duplex II Diaphragm Demand Pump With Pressure Switch
The Flojet D3621V3011A is a Duplex II diaphragm pump assembly designed for general industrial service such as liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It uses a demand-duty pressure switch to automatically stop the pump when discharge pressure reaches the switch set point and restart when line pressure drops.

Features
- Demand-duty operation via pressure switch (automatic shutoff at 30 PSI and restart when pressure drops)
- Self-priming up to 8 ft (2.4 m)
- Run-dry capable without damage
- Diaphragm and valve design intended to pull higher dry vacuum
- Pump head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to simplify plumbing
Product Details
- Typical applications include liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing.
- Use a minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the inlet line to reduce debris entering the pump.
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, etc.) and do not use in an explosive environment.
- For installation, mount in a dry, adequately ventilated area; outdoor installations should be shielded from water, dust, sunlight, and washdown spray.
