Flojet Duplex II Demand Diaphragm Pump With Pressure Switch
The Flojet D1725E7012 is a Duplex II diaphragm pump assembly built for general liquid handling tasks where automatic pressure-controlled on/off operation is required. It is designed for applications such as liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing, and uses a pressure switch to stop the pump when discharge pressure reaches the switch set point.

Features
- Demand operation with pressure switch shutoff at 100 PSI when the discharge valve is closed
- Self-priming performance up to 8 ft (2.4 m); vertical prime depends on fluid viscosity and installation conditions
- Pump head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to simplify plumbing
- Designed to handle a broad range of chemicals due to material selection
Product Details
- Intended for intermittent duty cycles; can be run continuously for short periods (higher duty cycle reduces expected life).
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, etc.) and do not use in an explosive environment.
- Mount in a dry, adequately ventilated area; if installed outdoors, shield from water, dust, sunlight, and washdown spray.
- For priming, keep the discharge line open to allow trapped air to escape and avoid airlock.
- Recommended inlet protection: minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter to reduce debris entering the pump.
- Tubing guidance: minimum 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches long; avoid kinks or crimps.
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
- Electrical lead identification for this 230V AC pump: brown = live/common, blue = neutral, green/yellow = ground.
