Flojet Duplex II Demand Diaphragm Pump With Pressure Switch
The Flojet D3732H5011ARL is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump built for general industrial fluid handling, including liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It uses an integrated pressure switch for demand operation, automatically stopping when discharge pressure reaches the switch set point and restarting when pressure drops as a valve is opened.
Technical Specifications

Features
- Demand operation via integrated pressure switch (shuts off at 60 PSI and restarts as line pressure drops)
- Self-priming up to 8 ft (2.4 m)
- Run-dry capable without damage (as stated)
- Permanent magnet motor with solid state rectifier and full RFI suppression
- Pump head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to simplify plumbing
Product Details
- Typical uses include liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing.
- A minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter is recommended on the inlet line to help prevent debris from entering the system.
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
- For priming, the discharge line should be open to allow trapped air to escape and help avoid airlock.
- Safety notes from the manufacturer: do not pump flammable fluids (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, etc.) and do not use in an explosive environment.
