Flojet Duplex II Diaphragm Pump With 30 PSI Bypass
The Flojet D3621V1211B is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump designed for general industrial fluid handling, including liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is built with a polypropylene pump body and Viton wet-end components, and it uses an external bypass system to internally bypass flow when pressure exceeds the bypass setting. The pump is designed to continue running until power is manually turned off.

Product Details
- Designed for intermittent duty cycles; not recommended for continuous duty service due to limited motor brush life
- For priming, the discharge line must be open to allow trapped air to escape and avoid airlock
- Recommended minimum tubing: 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches length (to reduce stress on ports)
- Use of a minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter on the inlet line is recommended to help prevent debris ingestion
