Flojet Duplex II 12V DC Diaphragm Pump Unit
The Flojet D3121B1211 is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump designed for general industrial use across a range of applications such as liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is built with a polypropylene pump body and Buna elastomer components, and uses an external bypass system to bypass flow internally when pressure exceeds the bypass setting.

Product Details
- Designed to continue running until power is manually turned off (no switch on the pump).
- Intended for intermittent duty cycles; not recommended for continuous duty service due to limited motor brush life.
- Not for use with flammable fluids (including gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil) and not for use in an explosive environment.
- Inlet pressure must not exceed 30 PSI (2.1 bar).
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
- Use of a minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the inlet line is recommended to prevent debris entry.
- Tubing guidance (as stated): minimum 3/8 inch inside diameter and at least 20 inches long; avoid crimping or kinking.
- Wiring note (as stated): on 12V DC, red lead is positive and black lead is ground; use T6 AWG wire minimum and a fuse to protect system wiring and components.
