The VDO 360-081-030-028C is a highly reliable pressure sender designed for precise pressure measurement in various applications. With a measurement range from 0 to 5 Bar, 0 to 72.5 PSI, or 0 to 500 KPa, this device ensures accurate pressure readings. It can withstand a maximum pressure of 30 Bar for up to 2 seconds, making it robust for demanding conditions.

The sender features an M14 x 1.5 thread, with a total length of 20.5 mm including the nut, and a thread length of 12 mm. The recommended torque for installation is 60 Nm. It operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -25 °C to +100 °C and is compatible with oil, fuel, and air pressure mediums.

For electrical specifications, it supports an operating voltage of 6 - 24 V DC and a resistor range of 10 - 184 Ohms. The sensor signal is a single-pole common ground, and the warning contact is set at 0.50 Bar ± 0.15 Bar. The warning contact switching capacity is up to 5 Watts for non-inductive loads and activates with falling pressure. Both the pressure sender and warning contact connectors are M4 plastic knurled nuts.
