DIN 7991 A2 Stainless Steel Hex Socket Countersunk Head Screws M3–M10, 6–120 mm
DIN 7991 hex socket countersunk head screws are manufactured from A2 stainless steel and designed for fastening applications where a flush surface finish is required. Each screw features a flat countersunk head with an internal hexagonal socket for installation using a compatible Allen key or hex driver.
The countersunk head is designed to sit flush with the surrounding surface when installed in a correctly prepared countersunk hole. Unlike self-tapping screws, these metric machine screws are intended for use with matching threaded holes or compatible nuts.
A2 stainless steel provides corrosion resistance for general mechanical, equipment and assembly applications, including indoor and outdoor installations where this material grade is suitable.
The range includes 44 dimensional configurations across six metric thread sizes: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10. Available lengths range from 6 to 120 mm depending on thread size. Each version has an individual FNI part number.
