The Hollex Aluminium Ball Propeller Shaft Anode is a spherical sacrificial anode designed to protect boat propeller shafts against corrosion. Manufactured from aluminium and equipped with a steel core, it is suitable for use in brackish and saltwater environments.
The steel core helps prevent the anode from becoming loose around the shaft. The split ball-shaped construction allows the anode to be positioned around the propeller shaft. The range includes ten versions for shaft diameters from 22 to 60 mm, including a 25.4 mm (1") version.

The Hollex Ball Anode features a spherical aluminium body with a steel core. The steel core helps keep the anode securely positioned around the propeller shaft, preventing it from becoming loose.

Select the anode version corresponding to the diameter of the propeller shaft. The 25 mm and 25.4 mm (1") versions are separate product variants.
Corrosion Protection and Water Compatibility

These aluminium shaft anodes are suitable for brackish and saltwater environments.
The appropriate anode material depends on the water environment in which the vessel operates:
