The Vetus TBOX Dorade Box (article TBOX) is a synthetic Ø100 mm unit designed for TOM and CHINOOK ventilation systems. It includes an integrated AISI 316 stainless-steel mushroom ventilator that allows full internal closure of the airflow. The box drains any water entering the cowl and fits PVC or silicone ventilators equipped with a knurled base ring that can be loosened by hand. Compatible deck rings, available in synthetic or stainless steel, can be mounted using the supplied nuts and bolts. Optional accessories include a mosquito screen and a stainless-steel closing plate. Not suitable for cowl ventilator type S.

The Vetus TBOX is a high-quality synthetic dorade box engineered for TOM and CHINOOK cowl ventilators. The unit is equipped with a stainless-steel (AISI 316) mushroom ventilator that enables full closure of the ventilation duct from inside the vessel. The dorade chamber effectively drains any water entering the cowl, ensuring consistently dry and reliable airflow. The TBOX is compatible with PVC and silicone cowl ventilators that use a knurled base ring operable by hand. Deck rings, available in either synthetic or stainless steel, can be mounted easily using the supplied nuts and bolts. Optional accessories include a mosquito screen and a stainless-steel (AISI 316) closing plate. The unit is not suitable for cowl ventilator type S.
