The flange attaches to the dorade box using the supplied counterflange and is then screwed to the deck, ensuring a secure and watertight installation compatible with stainless-steel cowl ventilation systems.

The Vetus BOXAD125 is a robust AISI 316 stainless-steel adapter flange engineered for the installation of BOX125 and BOXS125 dorade boxes on decks thicker than 25 mm or with enlarged cutouts. Standard mounting requires a Ø147 mm deck opening; however, when the drilled hole is larger, this adapter ensures proper coverage and structural stability. With an outer screw-hole diameter of 245 mm, it can effectively cover deck holes up to 235 mm in diameter. The high-gloss polished stainless-steel finish provides corrosion resistance and visual compatibility with Vetus stainless-steel cowl ventilators and dorade boxes.
