The Vetus COMFL1230, known as the Combiflex 12 Flexible Shaft Coupling, is meticulously designed to provide optimal damping of torsional vibrations, ensuring smooth operation and extended durability for marine propulsion systems.
Combining the best features of the UNIFLEX and BULFLEX flexible shaft couplings, the COMFL1230 is engineered for shafts of 25mm and 30mm, featuring a standard 4" flange for compatibility with most gearboxes.
This coupling offers easy installation and removal for servicing, high flexibility, and secure attachment against shearing off axially and radially. With a permissible misalignment of up to 2° and excellent centering of the shaft, even under misalignment, the COMFL1230 ensures reliable performance in various operating conditions.
Featuring a built-in thrust damper and the option to remove the centering ring, the Vetus COMFL1230 provides efficient vibration damping and reliable operation, making it an ideal choice for marine engines up to 107 horsepower.
