To remove the impeller, start by taking out the end cover screws, followed by the end cover and O-ring. Once these are removed, you can easily withdraw the impeller. For assembly, lubricate the impeller bore and align the flat section of the impeller with the corresponding flat on the motor shaft. Install the impeller using a rotary motion, then reattach the O-ring, end cover, and screws to complete the process.
