The Jabsco 4732-0000 vacuum sensing cut-out switch protects Jabsco flexible impeller bilge pumps from dry running by detecting loss of inlet vacuum and automatically opening the circuit to shut off the motor or deactivate an electric clutch. It fits via a 1/4" BSP internal thread directly to compatible Jabsco electric-clutch pumps or can be installed in the inlet line using a suitable T-piece, and it requires a minimum 1.2 m suction lift for proper operation. Designed for 12V DC and compatible with 24V DC systems, it supports pressures up to 2.4 bar (35 psi), operates from 0°C to 40°C, and can be manually restarted with an option to add a 15 amp normally-off push-button switch for remote start.

Jabsco 4732-0000 Bilge Pump Vacuum Cut-Out Switch
The Jabsco 4732-0000 is a vacuum switch designed to help protect Jabsco flexible impeller bilge pumps from damage caused by prolonged dry running. When connected on the suction side, it senses a break in inlet vacuum as air enters the pump and automatically opens the circuit to shut off the motor or deactivate an electric clutch. This automatic cut-out helps preserve pump life when the system cannot be attended at all times.
