This dual-sheave genoa lead car features ESP sleeve bearing sheaves combined with recirculating Torlon® ball bearings for smooth and precise adjustment. Stainless steel sheave carriers pivot 60° to adapt to lead changes, and the wide sheaves can carry two sheets during sail changes. Strength and reliability come from car-mounted, sleeve-bearing control blocks. Fully compatible with Harken end controls, with upgrade kits available to reach 4:1.
