Optiparts EX2014 - Trolley for Laser® Bug – Lightweight Aluminium Dinghy Dolly with Durastar-Lite Wheels
Optiparts EX2014 is a purpose-built transport trolley for the Laser® Bug, engineered for lightweight handling, stable hull support, and fast disassembly during storage or travel. The trolley frame is constructed from anodized aluminium with welded joints for high structural rigidity and corrosion resistance in marine environments.
The Laser® Bug hull rests securely on two side supports and a specially shaped front support that locks beneath the gunwale, ensuring stable positioning during launching, retrieval, and shore transport. The side supports can be removed easily for compact transport and storage.
All frame sections are fitted with spring-lock quick-release mechanisms, allowing the trolley to be dismantled in seconds without tools. Stainless steel axles are fitted with internal 8 mm stainless steel push-button wheel locks for secure wheel retention and simple removal when needed.
The trolley is supplied with Durastar-lite puncture-proof wheels, offering maintenance-free performance and reliable movement over slipways, gravel, and hard surfaces.
