Optiparts EX2010 is a premium clew sleeve assembly designed for Laser® and ILCA® dinghies, engineered to simplify clew attachment while improving outhaul handling efficiency. The stainless steel sleeve mounts directly onto the boom and remains fixed in place after sailing, eliminating the need for repeated removal and speeding up rigging preparation.
The system is fitted with a 16 mm Harken micro ball bearing block featuring stainless steel cheeks, delivering exceptionally smooth low-friction line movement for accurate sail foot tension adjustment. This configuration improves trimming precision and reduces resistance under load.
Its compact, durable stainless steel construction makes it highly reliable in marine environments and ideal for sailors seeking fast rigging convenience combined with performance-grade hardware quality.
Maximum compatible line diameter is 5 mm. This product is not allowed for use in official Laser® Class Association events.
