Flojet Duplex II Diaphragm Pump With External Bypass
The Flojet D3732E1311 is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump for liquid transfer and general industrial tasks such as spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is built with a polypropylene pump body and EPDM elastomers, uses an external bypass to recirculate flow internally when pressure exceeds the bypass setting, and is intended for manual on/off operation (no integral switch).

Features
- External bypass system that bypasses internally when pressure is over 50 PSI
- Self-priming up to 8 ft (2.4 m) (vertical prime varies by fluid viscosity and installation)
- Run-dry capable without damage
- Pump head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to simplify plumbing
Product Details
- Designed to continue running until power is manually turned off (no switch).
- Not recommended for continuous duty service due to limited motor brush life; intended for intermittent duty cycles.
- For installation, use compatible flexible hose; suggested tubing is a minimum of 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches in length.
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
- Using a minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the inlet line is recommended to reduce debris ingestion.
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, etc.) and do not use in an explosive environment.
- Available part listed: 20914-003A check valve assembly kit (Duplex II series pumps, 115 VAC).
