The Flojet D3631E1311 is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump intended for intermittent-duty industrial use such as liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is built with a polypropylene pump body and EPDM wet-end components, and it uses an external bypass system to bypass flow internally when pressure exceeds the bypass setting.

Product Details
- Intended for intermittent duty cycles; not recommended for continuous duty service due to limited motor brush life
- Mount the pump in a dry, adequately ventilated area; if installed outdoors, shield from water, dust, sunlight, and wash-down spray
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (including gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil) and do not use in an explosive environment
- To start and prime, keep the discharge line open to allow trapped air to escape and reduce the risk of airlock
- Sealers and tape can contribute to cracked housings or stripped threads if over-tightened; debris-related failures are not covered under warranty
