Flojet Duplex II Demand Diaphragm Pump With Pressure Switch
The Flojet D1625H6011A is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump built for general fluid handling tasks such as liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is a demand-duty design equipped with a pressure switch that automatically shuts the pump off when the discharge valve is closed and restarts when a valve is opened.

Product Details
- Intended for intermittent duty cycles; higher duty cycles can shorten expected pump life.
- Mount in a dry, adequately ventilated area; if installed outdoors, shield from water, dust, sunlight, and washdown spray.
- To avoid airlock during start-up, keep the discharge line open to allow trapped air to escape.
- Do not use metal fittings (as noted in the provided installation guidance).
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, etc.) and do not use in an explosive environment.
- For liquids other than water, flush with water (if applicable) after each use.
- Winterize before freezing conditions by ensuring the pump is liquid-free or using proper antifreeze chemicals.
- Electrical wiring guidance provided: on this 115V AC pump, black is live/common, white is neutral, and green/yellow is ground.
