Flojet Duplex II Demand Diaphragm Pump With Pressure Switch
The Flojet D3722V5011A is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump built for general industrial fluid handling tasks such as transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is configured as a demand-duty pump with an integrated pressure switch that automatically stops and restarts the pump based on discharge pressure, and it is designed to self-prime and tolerate dry running without damage.

Features
- Demand-duty operation with pressure switch shutoff and automatic restart
- Can run dry without damage
- Self-priming up to 8 ft (2.4 m)
- Pump head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to simplify plumbing
- Designed with a new diaphragm and valve design to support higher dry vacuum
Product Details
- The pressure switch shuts the pump off when discharge pressure rises to 60 PSI and restarts when pressure drops as a valve is opened.
- Demand operation is considered intermittent duty; higher duty cycles can reduce expected pump life.
- Recommended inlet protection: use a minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the inlet line to help prevent debris from entering the pump.
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar) to avoid interfering with priming.
- Mount the pump in a dry, adequately ventilated area; if used outdoors, shield it from water, dust, sunlight, and washdown spray.
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (such as gasoline, kerosene, or fuel oil) and do not use in an explosive environment.
