Duplex II Diaphragm Demand Pump With Pressure Switch
The Flojet D3722V3011A is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump assembly built for general industrial use, including liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is equipped with a pressure switch for demand operation, automatically stopping when the discharge is closed and restarting when flow is opened again.

Product Details
- Designed for intermittent duty cycles; running at or near maximum thermal limit for extended periods can shorten pump life.
- Mount in a dry, adequately ventilated area; if installed outdoors, shield from water, dust, sunlight, and washdown spray.
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, etc.) and do not use in an explosive environment.
- Recommended inlet protection: use a minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the inlet line.
- Inlet pressure must not exceed 30 PSI (2.1 bar).
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
- Tubing guidance: use flexible hose compatible with the fluid; minimum 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches long; avoid crimping or kinking.
- Wiring (230V AC): brown wire lead is live/common, blue wire is neutral, green/yellow is ground. Disconnect power before installation and follow applicable electrical and safety codes.
