Flojet Duplex II Demand Diaphragm Pump With Pressure Switch
The Flojet D3231B5011AR is a Duplex II diaphragm pump built for general industrial liquid handling, including transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is a demand-duty pump with an integral pressure switch that automatically stops and restarts based on discharge pressure.
Technical Specifications
Series Duplex II Pump Type Diaphragm pump Motor Voltage 24V DC Body Material Polypropylene Diaphragm Material Buna Check Valve Material Buna Cam Medium pressure cam Pressure Switch Setting (Off Set Point) 60 PSI Inlet Port 3/8 inch NPT female Discharge Port 3/8 inch NPT female Self-Priming Up to 8 ft (2.4 m) Maximum Fluid Temperature 140°F Weight 5 lb Maximum Inlet Pressure 30 PSI (2.1 bar) Recommended Minimum Inlet Strainer 40 mesh Head Rotation May be rotated in 90 degree increments
Features
- Demand-duty operation via integrated pressure switch (shuts off at 60 PSI when the discharge valve is closed and restarts when pressure drops)
- Self-priming up to 8 ft (2.4 m)
- Run-dry capable without damage
- Permanent magnet motor with solid state rectifier and full RFI suppression
- Pump head can be rotated in 90 degree increments to simplify plumbing
Product Details
- Intended for intermittent duty cycles; continuous operation is stated as suitable only for short periods.
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (including gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil) and do not use in an explosive environment.
- For priming, keep the discharge line open to allow trapped air to escape and reduce the risk of airlock.
- When using a check valve in the plumbing, cracking pressure must be no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar), as higher values may interfere with priming.
