Flojet Duplex II 12V DC Diaphragm Pump With 50 PSI Bypass
The Flojet D3144H1311A is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump built for general industrial liquid handling tasks such as liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It uses an external bypass system to bypass flow internally when pressure exceeds 50 PSI and is designed to continue running until power is manually turned off.
Technical Specifications
Series Duplex II Pump Type Diaphragm Pump Motor Voltage 12V DC Switch No switch Pressure Bypass 50 PSI Body Material Polypropylene Diaphragm Material EPDM Check Valve Material Santoprene Cam Extra high pressure cam Self-Priming Up to 8 ft (2.4 m) Inlet Port 3/8 inch NPT female Discharge Port 3/8 inch NPT female Maximum Fluid Temperature 140°F Weight 5 lbs
Features
- External bypass system that bypasses internally when pressure is over 50 PSI
- Self-priming design (vertical prime may vary by fluid viscosity, suction tube size, foot valve, and configuration)
- Can run dry without damage
- Pump head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to simplify plumbing
Product Details
- Designed to pump at high pressures at low or high flow rates, and will continue to run until power is manually turned off.
- Not recommended for continuous duty service due to limited motor brush life; intended for intermittent duty cycles (can be run continuously for short periods of time).
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (including gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil) and do not use in an explosive environment.
- Recommended inlet protection: minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the inlet line.
- Inlet pressure must not exceed 30 PSI (2.1 bar).
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
