The Flojet D3135H1411 Duplex II diaphragm pump is a 12V DC pump with a polypropylene body, EPDM diaphragm, Santoprene check valve, and a high-pressure cam. It uses an external bypass system with a 70 PSI pressure bypass and has no switch, so it runs until power is manually turned off. Ports are 3/8 inch NPT female inlet and 3/8 inch NPT female discharge; the pump is self-priming up to 8 ft (2.4 m), can run dry without damage, is rated for a maximum temperature of 140°F, and weighs 5 lbs.

Flojet Duplex II 12V DC Diaphragm Pump with 70 PSI Bypass
The Flojet D3135H1411 is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump built for general industrial uses such as liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is designed for high-pressure operation across low or high flow rates and uses an external bypass that recirculates internally when pressure exceeds the bypass setting.

Features
- Runs dry without damage
- External bypass system that bypasses flow internally above 70 PSI
- Designed to continue running until power is manually turned off (no switch)
- Pump head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to simplify plumbing
Product Details
- Intended for intermittent duty cycles; not recommended for continuous duty service due to limited motor brush life (can run continuously for short periods).
- For priming, keep the discharge line open to allow trapped air to escape and help avoid airlock.
- Recommended tubing: minimum 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches long; do not crimp or kink.
- If a check valve is installed in plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
- A minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the inlet line is recommended to help prevent debris from entering the pump.
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, etc.) and do not use in an explosive environment.
