The VDO 360-081-030-100C pressure sender is designed for precise pressure measurement in a variety of applications. It features a pressure measuring range from 0 to 10 Bar, 0 to 145 PSI, or 0 to 1000 KPa, with a maximum pressure tolerance of 30 Bar for up to 2 seconds. The sender has a 1/8 - 27 NPTF thread, with a thread length of 19.5 mm including the nut, and a thread length of 11 mm. It operates with a torque of 30 Nm and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -25 °C to +100 °C. The pressure sender is compatible with oil, fuel, and air as pressure media. Its electrical features include an operating voltage range of 6 to 24 V DC and a resistor range of 10 to 184 Ohms. The sensor provides a single-pole common ground signal and includes a warning contact set at 4.00 Bar ± 0.50 Bar. The warning contact has a switching capacity of up to 5 Watt non-inductive and closes with falling pressure. The pressure sender and warning contact connectors are M4 AMP Male 6.3 x 0.8 mm 50°.
