The Simrad HALO® 2003 Open Array Radar delivers powerful 50W solid-state performance, equivalent to a 12kW magnetron radar. It provides exceptional target detection from 6 metres (20 feet) up to 72 nautical miles, offering both short- and long-range coverage with high resolution clarity.
Advanced pulse compression technology with beam sharpening ensures clear separation of small or distant targets. Dual Range mode allows simultaneous monitoring of close-range hazards and distant weather cells. Designed for safer navigation, HALO® 2003 integrates VelocityTrack™ Doppler technology, Dangerous Target Alerts and ZoneTrack™ tracking for up to 50 vessels.
