Description
Pulse radar antenna designed for marine navigation with a maximum transmit power of 4 kW and low energy consumption of 40 W. It operates on a 12–24 V power supply and provides stable performance for onboard systems.
The system includes automatic gain control and a dynamic sea filter to improve image clarity in changing sea conditions. Radar overlay enables integration of radar returns directly onto nautical charts, improving situational awareness during navigation.
MARPA target tracking is supported when used with a heading sensor. Enhanced scan performance increases rotation speed when needed for improved image definition. Scan averaging reduces sea clutter and interference for clearer target detection. Pulse expansion enhances target visibility, while angular target processing improves object shape interpretation across all ranges.
Echo Trail shows historical movement of vessels to assist with collision avoidance. Dual range with overlay allows simultaneous short and long range views with independent settings on the chartplotter display.
