The Blue Sea 7610 SI-ACR Automatic Charging Relay is designed for 12V and 24V DC systems and automatically combines battery banks during charging while isolating them during discharge and engine starting. It helps ensure proper charging distribution and protects the start battery from house loads.
The SI-ACR includes start isolation to temporarily separate sensitive electronics from the engine circuit during cranking, reducing exposure to voltage sags and spikes. The relay features dual sensing, hermetically sealed contacts, and ignition protection for safe installation aboard gasoline-powered boats.
