The Blue Sea 7623 ML-ACR is a 24V DC magnetic latching Automatic Charging Relay with manual control, rated 500A continuous, 700A (5 min), and 1450A cranking. It automatically combines and isolates two battery banks during charging, discharge, and engine start, and supports start assist, start isolation, and engine isolation modes. Built with 3/8"-16 (M10) tinned copper studs (1.50" length), supports 4/0 AWG x2 cable, switching cycles 100,000, operating range −10°C to +60°C, and includes Remote Control Contura Switch PN 2146.

The Blue Sea 7623 ML-ACR Automatic Charging Relay with Manual Control is a 24V DC magnetic latching (bi-stable) relay designed to automatically combine battery banks during charging and isolate them during discharge and engine starting. It is intended for high-current systems and manages charging for two large battery banks.
This model includes manual control with LOCK OFF servicing capability and a remote control Contura switch. The magnetic latch design provides very low holding current in ON and OFF states and draws higher current only briefly when switching state. The relay supports dual sensing, start assist, start isolation, and engine isolation functions.
