The Blue Sea 7601 M-Series Automatic Charging Relay (M-ACR) is a compact dual-sensing relay designed to manage charging current from alternators up to 65 Amps for two battery banks in 12V and 24V DC systems. It is intended for use with most outboards and many inboard engines.
The unit includes Start Isolation (SI), which temporarily isolates house loads from the engine circuit during engine cranking to protect sensitive electronics from voltage sags and spikes. The relay senses charging on two battery banks and automatically combines or isolates them based on voltage thresholds.
The compact housing supports surface, rear, or panel mounting. The relay includes an LED status indicator, insulating cover, quick connect ground terminal, and IP67 waterproof rating for temporary immersion.
