The MgDuff Aluminium Hull and Rudder Anode is a rectangular sacrificial anode designed to protect metal components of boats against galvanic corrosion. Manufactured from a specially formulated aluminium alloy, it is suitable for use in freshwater, brackish water and saltwater environments.

The aluminium alloy is designed to provide uniform anode consumption, supporting consistent sacrificial corrosion protection. The range includes three models with different body dimensions and mounting arrangements: AD72B, AD77EURO and AD78B. The AD77EURO and AD78B versions feature two M10 bolt holes instead of a welding strip.

• AD72B: Rectangular aluminium anode measuring 457 × 102 × 64 mm, with a mounting hole spacing of 229 mm.
• AD77EURO: Rectangular aluminium anode measuring 318 × 65 × 32 mm, with mounting hole spacing ranging from 110 to 210 mm and two M10 bolt openings.
• AD78B: Rectangular aluminium anode measuring 305 × 76 × 32 mm, with 200 mm mounting hole spacing and two M10 bolt holes.

The AD77EURO and AD78B models use two M10 bolt holes instead of a welding strip. The AD77EURO version provides a mounting hole spacing range of 110–210 mm, while the AD78B has a fixed centre-to-centre distance of 200 mm.
