The Osculati Anchor Swivelling Connector range is engineered to provide a reliable connection between anchor and chain while minimizing chain twisting during deployment and retrieval. Manufactured from marine-grade AISI 316 stainless steel, these connectors combine corrosion resistance, high strength and smooth operation in demanding marine environments.
The integrated swivel mechanism helps maintain proper anchor alignment while reducing torsional loads on the chain. The streamlined design eliminates protruding parts that can catch on bow rollers, allowing smoother passage compared to conventional shackles and connectors.
The range includes standard swivelling connectors for chains from 6 mm to 10 mm, Maxi connectors for 12/14 mm chain, and Douglas Marine Mega connectors for heavy-duty anchoring systems up to 18 mm chain.
