Maxwell RC10 anchor winch features:

Automatic winches are RC10 made of stainless steel AISI316 and are designed to work with an 8 mm (5/16 ") or 10 mm (3/8") chain woven with a 14 mm (9/16 ") or 16 mm (5/8") 3 or 8 strand cable.

Winches are available in two versions: Low Profile and MAX- Grip™.

Winches consist of only two main parts, which makes their installation very simple.

The winch can be easily removed using only the included handle and simple hand tools.

The winches of the RC10 series are made of 316 stainless steel, which ensures their long service life in marine conditions. The unparalleled design of the stainless steel pressure lever provides effective rope/chain gripping.

The winches of the RC10 series work equally effectively both with a splendid cable/chain and with one chain.

The large deck beak provides both easy cable/chain exit from the chain box and entry into it.

The tapered clutch/brake mechanism allows the winch to be operated manually in free-fall armature mode.

Warning: When anchoring, be sure to remove the load from the Maxwell winches using the anchor chain stop and/or other chain fixing devices. When the vessel is on the move, the anchor chain with the anchor lifted must also be fixed with a stopper and other devices for fixing the chain.
