• Automatic winches are RC8-6 made of stainless steel AISI316 and are designed to work with a 6 mm/7 mm (1/4 ") short chain woven with a 12 mm (1/2") 3-strand or 8-strand cable.
• The older RC8-8 model can be used with an 8 mm (5/16 ") chain woven with a 14 mm (9/16") 3-strand or 8-strand cable.
• The clever design of the sprocket allows the winch to work with chains of the specified caliber, but different (in a fairly wide range) steps.
• These winches are available in two versions: Low Profile and MAX- Grip™ drum.
• Winches consist of only two main parts, which makes their installation very simple.
• Winches are designed to be mounted on decks with a wide range of thickness and to change the location of the electric motor below
• The winch can be easily removed using only the included handle and simple hand tools.
• The winches of the RC8 series are made of stainless steel AISI316, which ensures their long service life. They also use the proprietary Wave Design asterisk

Warning: When anchoring, be sure to remove the load from the Maxwell winches using the anchor chain stop and/or other chain fixing devices. When the vessel is on the move, the anchor chain with the anchor lifted must also be fixed with a stopper and other devices for fixing the chain.
