The Vetus NLP50S Super is a dual stage marine waterlock/muffler engineered to provide enhanced sound reduction and reliable protection in water-injected exhaust systems. Its internal structure features two separate chambers divided by a horizontal partition plate, with a central riser tube guiding the exhaust gases and cooling water from the lower chamber to the upper chamber. This dual-stage layout delivers superior silencing compared to single-chamber designs while keeping back pressure at minimal levels for improved engine performance. The 360° rotatable top chamber, along with fully rotating inlet and outlet connectors, allows highly flexible installation, particularly in tight or complex engine spaces. The unit is supplied with mounting brackets for bulkhead or floor installation, two securing straps, and drain plugs for winter storage.
