Vetus LIBECS Silicone Cowl Ventilator Ø75 mm with Fixed Synthetic Ring
The Vetus LIBECS cowl ventilator is constructed from premium silicone rubber, an inorganic elastomer known for its flexibility, durability, and stability across extreme temperature ranges. With an operating window from -100°C to +200°C and complete resistance to UV radiation, the ventilator retains its appearance and performance even after prolonged exposure to harsh marine conditions. The interior colour in red (RAL3020) adds distinctive visibility and aesthetic contrast.
Designated with the suffix “S,” this version includes a screwed-down fixed synthetic ring, making it ideal when a replacement cowl is required. The ventilator can be rotated or removed by hand after loosening the knurled base ring, without the need for tools. Optional accessories such as a Monel mosquito screen and an AISI 316 stainless-steel cover plate can be supplied separately to increase versatility.
